On reading the announcement of the passage of Dr. Bunmi Owoso, I really felt devastated. Not quite a week ago going through my archives I stumbled on pictures taken about ten years ago when I invited him as a guest speaker at the official inauguration of a motivational series for secondary school students tagged; ” Your Tomorrow Starts Today” which held at the school assembly hall of Abeokuta Grammar School, Abeokuta, Ogun State.He was a close friend to my late elder brother (Wale Adeyemi). He extended that bond to me and he actually added some intellectual flavour to the event which went successfully throughout all the secondary schools in Ogun State. He refused the honorarium we offered .He was at the time the Rector of Yaba College of Technology. Such a good man. Ready to offer support to up and coming aburos. I feel very sad about this. My condolences to the immediate family, the ECOSA family and all friends and relations he left behind. Boda Bunmi, may your soul find repose in the bosom of your maker.
