Dr. Felix Olubunmi Owoso was an epitome of selfless ambition, a devoted public servant and an exemplary leader. I never knew him from Adam as an Igbo man I am; but he employed me in Yaba College of Technology during his tenure in the office. During his tenure as a Rector of Yaba College of Technology, he never discriminated among staff.He loved and cared for both the academic and non academic staff equally, staff welfare was his major priority. I remembered an incident that happened when a junior staff had no money to pay for accommodation when the landlord threw him and his family out of their apartment. Dr Owoso gave the staff money to get another apartment.
