Where do I start? Dr Owoso (or “Bros Bunmi” as he was fondly called) was not just my brother-in-law but also a big brother to my siblings and I. He was a loving and caring husband to my late sister, extraordinary father to his children and treated our late father Pa Abiona as his own biological father. I will never forget how he showered my late sister Mrs Taiwo Folashde Owoso with genuine love from the onset of their relationship until she was called to Glory on 6th of July 1998. He was a complete gentleman in all aspects of life. His love and affection for his family was unquestionable. “Bros Bunmi” Thank you for the role you played at different stages in my life and for my family. From your love and care for my siblings, to ensuring you were present at landmark events for both me and my children, we will be forever grateful. You left an admirable legacy for your children and grandchildren to emulate. You were respected and loved wherever you went, and by everyone you came in to contact with. You ran your race and you have finished well. While your presence will be missed, your memory will continue to live on. Rest in perfect peace.
